There are a couple reasons why i named it depression....1) The blue tone to the picture (it was taken as twilight) the blue mood leds itself to a somber kinda tone. 2) The timed exposure has a meaning to this photograph. It is an extrememly long timed photograph with made the water look almost like glass. The point was to make it seem like the world around me (the subject in the pic) was moving around so fast. Everything seemed to move on without me. That's why I named it 'depression'. thanks for you comment
