This sign at the top of the Neversink River overlook in Fallsburg, New York, is definitely tongue-in-cheek. The No Diving and No Swimming portions are smart . . . but the last line . . . wellll, if anyone decides to swim or dive . . . chances are, there will be no one to prosecute.
