Last year I was having difficulty keeping my lilies healthy in my garden. They seemed to a favorite of the "Red Lily eating Beetle". So when I saw that one of my Toad lilies made it, I had to take a photo. I love the unigueness of this flower. Beneath the lily are fall crocuses.

Both blossom in the late summer early fall.
