State Of The Art Washing Machine

This wonderful washing machine was another of the items on show in Susie's General Store, Everglades City, FL.

It reminds me of one that my Mother used to use, many years ago.

I thought it was really great that someone had collected all these historical machines etc. and preserved them for others to see.

I had a similar experience to you Anne; my Mum had a machine with an electric ringer and I remember getting my finger caught in that more than once!!

I think I'll stick to my auto washer too Lorraine :)
