It is an actual riverboat. It is in the waters of Lake Pontchartrain but it is in such a position that there is land between it and the rest of the lake. There is a building between it and the lake as well. So you have land, a parked and tied up riverboat in the water and then a building with more land that it sets on and then a small parking lot and the rest of Lake Pontchartrain. I almost did not get the boat when it was lit. The lights had come on only a 1/2 hour earlier.
