Sorry to hear your GCSE is not helping you very much! I think though that the tones of this image work really well and add an atmosphere that would be lost if it were any brighter. It's a very good shot!

Thanks for your comments guys, I've only just started photography really on my GCSE course, which teaches me nothing. I would of liked to have ahieved a clearer white on this photo though, most of it's just light grey :(
