The Woodstock Music Festival in 1969 was actually held in Bethel, New York. A few weeks ago the museum at Bethel Woods Performing Arts Center was opened on the site of the extroardinary event, focusing on the music and politics of the 60's. It's an amazing place filled with video, music, and documentaries that every generation can appreciate. My triple image whirlwind shows the new building, a typical Hippy vehicle of the times and the grounds of the original 'Happening', where once again music fills the hills and fields throughout the summer.
