we saw two baby owls outside their nest in the hollow tree, for the first time 2 days ago, so got lots of shots of them. Baby #3 remains in the nest, as of yesterday.

This owl is baby #2. It had not flown far from the nest at this point, it is perched just below the nest opening here.

Baby #1 had flown a bit further, over to some other tree branches nearby. Got some shots of that one also.

good news, apparently, the father owl has returned : ) two parents were seen there yesterday.
