Hi Beverly, Thanks :) I'm glad you enjoyed my photo. Well I did not have a chance to check up on them for almost a week. When I finally got out there yesterday they were all gone. They sure do grow fast, this is the second nest that this has happened. If I find another one I'm going to try and visit them every day.

Hi Karen and Jas, I'm glad your enjoying watching the babies grow. I have never tried this before but am having a great time. Karen I did notice they don't seem to mind me getting up close. I take a few shots then leave, I don't want to stress the mom out. When I show up she flies over to a nearby cactus. I think she is getting use to me.

Keep up the good work Alan. I, too, am enjoying seeing the babies progress. :)

This looks about the age when I rescued the baby dove and hand raised it. They aren't so pretty but they can be very calm and docile. I am enjoying your story in pictures.

Hi Carol and Alex, Thanks again for your great comments and taking time to check out the babies. I'm going to give them a break from me today, then tomorrow I have a car show to shoot. So Sunday I will get some updated ugly mug shots..
