The fan of the tail feathers looks beautiful and lovely blue in her feathers also.

Thank you for the wonder of seeing Miss Mallard up close. I didn't realize they had that beautiful blue eye on their backs! The beak had a bluish look to it also, it seemed to me. And its white tail feathers were the perfect touch!! *g* Perfectly lovely! A beauty Queen for sure.
