The perpos of the fuzzies is to keep the Halter (head collar) from makeing rub marks on his face while in the trailer.

I'd love to see Chippy, have never seen a miniature horse in real life. Excuse me asking, but what is the purpose of the fuzzies? (as you can tell, I know zero about horses : )
