Late Night Lightning Bolt

Late Night Lightning BoltJust a little before midnight the thunder woke me up. Well being a total photo nut I threw on some cloths and was outside taking photos in less than five minuets. We don't get a lot of great lightning shows out here in the desert so I was a tad rusty on what settings to use. The lightning always seems to attacks the mountains and leaves all the houses down in the valley alone. This lighting was hitting the mountains that are around 15 miles away from my home.
