If you talk haunted houses in New Orleans, then you will come across this house. It is the most haunted due to horrors that took place when the building had its first occupants. The first were Madame Lalurie and her husband, Dr. Lalurie. They gave lavish parties but were found to be mistreating their slaves in horrible ways. I would rather not go into detail about that unless asked. The ghosts who occupy this building are Mrs. Lalurie chasing a little girl with a whip and a large black man carrying chains, telling people to leave. I have seen ghosts in the past but neither of these and none at this loacation. The house is currently owned by Nicholas Cage.
