Inukshuk is an ancient symbol of the Inuit culture, traditionally used as a landmark and navigational aid, and also represents Northern hospitality and friendship. Inukshuk is a welcoming symbol visible at nights, as it is illuminated.
Inukshuk is made from grey granite, and was made by Alvin Kanak of Rankin Inlet, B.C.
