Inukshuk Landmark

"Inukshuk" landmark overlooking the Burrard Inlet and out towards the Pacific Ocean, at Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Inukshuk is an ancient symbol of the Inuit culture, traditionally used as a landmark and navigational aid, and also represents Northern hospitality and friendship. Inukshuk is a welcoming symbol visible at nights, as it is illuminated.

Inukshuk is made from grey granite, and was made by Alvin Kanak of Rankin Inlet, B.C.
