thanks again, both of you, Alex and Lorraine. I liked the colouring of the grass and the way the breeze was blowing those long strands of feathers on its lower chest area. Kept thinking the heron was going to lift off, but it didn't, so we just left it alone to forage before darkness set in.

Looks very relaxed in that yard.
