This a veiw from the top of Wigmores in Rarotonga looking down on Heartbreak Hotel, this hotel was build over 12 years ago an has never been used let alone finished, it is such a waste, reason for this is the goverment went bankrupt along with the other owners.. also they say it was built on cursed land. This why they call it "Heartbreak Hotel".
