Looking for flies or other spiders this hairy fella strayed into my greenhouse. They won't stay still for a portrait so I had to trap him

in an old buttertub .. Good tip for some insects like butterflies is pop them in the fridge for an hour .. Take them out and put on a flower or leaf .. They will open their wings to warm up in the sun , and click .. Doesn't work with spiders ......
