This is at the Metairie Cemetery. It is one of many in which statues are in front of the grave. So why did this one catch my eye? The main one is that the Holy Family is represented along with other statues. I thought this was great. Metairie Cemetery was once a race track. Henry Howard, who was later buried at the cemetery, was not allowed to join the Club so he bought is and turned it into a cemetery.
