Just to add to Steve and Anne's comments on the orange rock, this area is a gold mine so that would explain the color of this rocky out crop,I have found a large crystal with a light purple Amethist(sorry spelt wrong)vane running thru it along this beach-anyway apparently along side crystal gold is found in it's natural state, regards Vince(no gold found though)

Amazingly I saw the houses along the coast first. How did my eyes miss that marvelous, wonderful bright, eye-catching orange rock!! Also the sand was bright and in my favorite crescent site. I love the darkness you use to outline different sites. Maybe this is totally different than anything you thought as your picture came into being - but we each see different things in pictures, I think. A wonderful scene.

Great composition Vincent. I like the way that the slopes of the headlands echo that of the sandy shoreline in the foreground. And the orange rock colours are superb.
