thanks, orchidea blue, finally got back here to see the name of these. I think it's Peruvian Scilla. which is likely another name for Peruvian Bluebell. Knew they didn't look like the "bluebells" as we know them in UK and here.

now these look similar to the flowers that were discussed earlier "here", and there was confusion re the name of them.

What are they? (thanks : ) - altho the flowers in the earlier shots were paler blue.
