Ice Sculpture at Parkland Nurseries in Red Deer Alberta Canada. It's created annually around Christmas with a different theme each year.

Hi Cindy, Welcome to TLF =) What a fun and interesting photo.. That would be fun to take at different times of the day, the light would be changing constantly. That's one way to have pretty flowers in winter... I don't think I have ever seen flowers frozen in ice like that. It would not last very long out here in Arizona LOL.
