Stella Dora Lily

Hemerocallis Daylily.

Adaptable, low maintenance lily-like garden plants have become naturalized in many areas.Numerous cultivars in wide range of color.Heights vary from miniatures of 15-18" to giants of 4' or taller. Best in fertile,moist, well-drained soil.Tolerates heat and drought.Good in borders, massed for accents, and in natural plantings. Long leaves form big clumps. Flowers single or double, sizes vary from 3-8"

Propagation: division,seed {species}

Stella de Oro is the correct name for this lily, sometimes appears yellow and other times it looks peach colored.

The real name in my flower book for this plant is Hemerocallis[Stella de Ora]lily like garden plant. Mine is about a foot high,smaller than my other Lilies.

Also when you look at it, sometimes it looks real yellow, than you look again and it appears to look orange.
