Carp at Spillway

There are hundreds of Carp at the Spillway, Pymatuning Reservoir, near Linesville, PA, and it is famous for a spectacle. It's known as the place where the ducks walk on the fish. ...People toss bread into the water and there is a feeding frenzy between the fish and ducks.
