This was supposed to be opened this summer, but we didn't get to add that experience to our visit. The dock is gone - remnants clearly visible just below the water line.

New arrivals who were cleared to enter the country gathered here, their precious ferry and train tickets in hand (purchased at the Main building after they changed their currency). It isn't as elaborate as the rest of the buildings on the island, but it is sturdy and a great start.
