I think you could try adjusting the brightness range in PS or similar package so that the white of the snow is nearer maximum luminosity. That might give the image more punch. I don't know if you shot this on automatic exposure, but most cameras tend to underexpose snow scenes with lots of white since the meter will tend to render the white as a mid-tone rather than a highlight.
