About This Image

English Robins are members of the Thrush Family.
Plumage: Olive-brown above, with orange-red face, throat and breast; blush-grey flanks, whitish belly.
Voice: Commonest note is 'tic, tic' and a high-pitched 'tsweee'; pleasant, much like a warbling song.
Movement: Flitting flight; hops; very confident and will approach close to humans.
Habitat: Almost anywhere.

I was most impressed with this little Robin he just seemed to pose for me, giving me time to change my settings to macro, I managed to get 6 beautiful images.

Enjoy:)

so sweet, Chriss. I remember the little bobby robins from my childhood in England, and have a love for them.
