A Snowy Egret chases another off. I observed these two egrets as they fished together for about 1/2 hour. Every 5 minutes or so, the one would chase the other away (probably because it was too close to the same fishing spot, or perhaps just to remind the other who was boss.)

A distinguishing charateristic of a Snowy Egret (as opposed to a common or white egret) are the yellow feet.
