1939 Cord

We had a local car show with some really WOW cars being shown. My Sony digital wasn't working, so I used my old 1.0 megapixel camera. This one came out pretty good.

Thanks all.

Jim, did you ever get to drive one of your boss' Cords? I'd sure love to have that pleasure.

I toured the factory (now museum) where these cars were manufactured. It's in Auburn, Indiana. They also made Auburns and Duesenbergs: all classics. The chief designer was the man who designed all three types of cars. Too bad I didn't have a camera when I visited there.

WOW!!!! what a nice shot. This car sure is a CLASSIC in my book.It was far ahead of its time as it has many of the creature features found in todays cars.Keep em coming.

An excellent shot Gary, especially with only 1Mp. I once worked for a guy who had three of these cars. I have some shots of them somewhere.
