Green Eyed Monster

Green Eyed Monster

Playing around with black and white and selective colouring. Our cat Robbie (nicknamed "the Phantom of the Opera cat" has greeny/yellow eyes. I wanted them brighter. Photo was actually converted to black and white but you can't really tell anymore with the cropping and the fact that Robbie himself if black and white. I did get right down to his level to take this photo though.

Welcome back Lulu!! I was starting to get a bit worried.

I'm pleased you DID decide to add this. He is a gorgeous wee man. And the eyes are very effective! I will have to learn how to do this. Not sure if I have the wrong program (factory installed), or if I just have no idea what I'm doing.

Hi Sparkle. He may not be a monster but he does have a dark side.

I'm glad you did add it. The eye colouring looks great! He is a lovely boy. You are really clever!

Flame actually has a much nicer eye colour than Robbie but Robbie has the lovely markings. I decided to "enhance" him just a little to make him even more handsome. I nearly didn't add this to my gallery as it is his nose - not his eyes that are in focus.

Thanks Tania. He's a real sweetie and I love getting down to the cats level. That way I get more smooches.

Lulu love the B&W with the colour in the eyes and the angle you took it at. Beautiful.
