No, he wasn't pulling us over. He was actually cleaning it and I was watching. This is the patrol car of a good friend of ours. We decided to take a holiday to visit them on the other side of the island and after a day sight-seeing, came home to the patrol car getting a clean. It was a lovely sunny day so I got my camera out and took a few shots. I think he missed a spot though :-)
