Camellia Seed Pods

I have several of these trees in my garden that produce seeds, some of the plants that I have grown from these, have produced single flowers and others double flowering trees. yet trees on the other side of the house don't appear to produce seed at all.

Thankyou for looking in Alandra, these are really hard little seeds, and a good pebble size each.I have managed to get a few to grow in the glass house, but I think the success rate is better just to let then take root under the main tree, they are very slow groing for a start.

only just found this one, Lorraine. very interesting, have never seen one of these seed pods before. Thought it was a type of chestnut from the small image, til I read the title
