Millennium Bridge 4

: Millennium Bridge 4; A view of the lateral suspension cables of the bridge (and the new dampers mentioned in another shot of the bridge), and the handrail pointing directly at St Paul's. This picture was an experiment in composition that breaks a few rules. The main subject is well towards one side of the frame, and is much smaller than might be expected for a subject. However, the cables and handrail point so forcefully to the subject that I think it overcomes its small size and positioning. Thanks Tania. I'm glad you like it as it's a shot I'm rather proud of! And did you notice that to the right of the handrail you can see two disembodied hands which belong to a beggar whose pitch is on the bridge? I only noticed this when a friend pointed them out to me!
