Bleeding Hearts with the last rays of the setting sun giving them a luminous appearance. Captured while sitting on front patio, taking a break from gardening and hoping the hummingbird would drop by to bathe in the water bubbler nearby.

Taking it with the telephoto lens only gives you a small area of the image that's really sharp, so I cropped the sharpest part for this one.

Carol, funny you should say that about the hummers, as one ventured up to one of the bleeding hearts a few days ago as I watched, and didn't bother to drink any nectar from it. Was quite surprised, as other years they have fed from those.
