ob lovely shot of a truly wonderful raptor . as you know i have 3 raptors as pets and i dont tie em down .i have been to a lot of show ,widelife parks etc and yes they do tie them down but ithink if you do it from young it knows no different also there is the saftey point to . i dont disagree but i dont agree with it ..

This eagle was in a nature museum, even with all the space & open air it is still tied.
