Thanks Jim. I had this picture , which was much larger, but the bird looked quite small and was lost in it. I tried cropping so the bird was much bigger, but it became too "soft" an lost some of its definition. So I tried cropping this way as an experiment and draw the eye along the length of the photo. Yes, it breaks just about every convention, but I thought it looked cute and different.
