This picture was taken near Airport 2 in West Jordan, Utah in a park near the runway. This was taken on the sports mode at 80mm focal length. It was heavily cropped, and the original was very pixelated. I added a 'smart blur' filter in Photoshop at about 20 pixels with a threshold of about 25 to depixelate it. You'll probably be able to tell where I hadn't selected near the blurred edge of the plane's prop. Smart blur is great because it seems to not blur solid edges, but gets rid of all the excess noise. I did this one in two passes... the first, I selected all but the plane, and the second, I selected only the plane.
