This is amaising. I also love the simplisity of the B&W shades. the shapes with the binds, jar and marbles. Im glad it is framed it deserves to be looked at often

Thank you Brian, I couldn't believe the way it turned out, especially when I shipped the image to my printing company and had the Giclee printed. (usually I just test at home on my Epson) I understood, but not to that level. It was worth the expense and my S.O. has it in a frame.

Somehow I missed this one until I saw it on your blog. Wonderful photo! All of the elements add something to the image: the lines of the blinds, the circles of the marbles, the shape of the vase. Supurb.

Actually, this started out as a funny "memorial" joke photograph for "Twinkletoes the fish" who lived in that vase, for all of two days. My partner was unreasonably devastated so I shot this as a memorial. We were both suprised at how it turned out. Ironically this is probably the best photo I've taken. Kind of fitting, considering my personality. Thanks for the input!

Beautiful compositon. I liked the curving lines on the jar.
