What better time to have a contest about relaxing than the end of July? Sure it might be a bit hot (or cold depending on where you're at), but that's the best time to relax and have fun, in my opinion. All types of art and photography are allowed.

I took this picture as the sun was going down, looking down on Back Beach in New Plymouth (Taranaki, New Zealand). Personally, I liked all the footprints in the sand. And what better end to the day than a relaxing walk along the beach?

Relaxing at Sunset

I entered a photo of my daughter Stephanie sitting on a bolder looking out to sea. Our wonderful TLF friend Doug altered this photo with some new backgrounds and emailed them to me. well I was finally able to get Photoshop working on my vista software and using my Wairoa sunset this is what i did. I know I am not in Doug's league but one day I just may get there. THANKS HEAPS DOUG FOR THE INSPIRATION!!!!!

Baby Birds Chilling on water bubbler

Watching The Sunrise

This is Molly kicking back on a table in my yard watching a nice Arizona sunrise. I was also kicking back in a chair when Molly jumped up on the table right in front of me. I quickly fired up my camera and got this shot. I have been around cats all my life and she is the loving-est cat I have ever been around. She loves everything from dogs to flowers, and already in her young age has no problem in talking with different meows to let you know what she wants, to just saying Hi. Living with three large dogs that by the way she bosses around, is starting to act like them.
