: Day's End at WP Franklin; Returning to the campground one evening the boat reflections were too intoxicating to pass up. Exhausted after a busy day, I perked right up and headed over with my camera. May - this was taken at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers W.P. Franklin North Campground off FL 78, near Alva - about 12 miles east of I-75. It's a beautiful island campground with only 30 spaces and has 8 dock-in sites for boaters crossing the Lake Okeechobee Waterway.
