This shot was taken on a photoworkshop in the Great Smokie Mountains. West Prong is very near Cade's Cove, but is out of the way of tourist traffic. While it rained the entire week we were there, we worked around the weather and got some rather superb shots. An overcast day gives some great color saturation.
