A balloon at Niagara Falls that was tied to the ground where people could go up in and view the Falls.I didnt go up in it.

I'm sorta a thrill seeker but from looking at that balloon I don't think I would go up in it either. All the loose lines and just one holding the balloon to the ground does not look very safe to me. Good Choice LOL..
