Close up of the reflection. Distortions of light on glass make the building appear wobbly and unstable.

Shot with a Canon S1 IS @ 1/60th sec. F6.0. Edited in PhotoStudio 5.5 (Canon) and modified the tones, contrast and sharpening. (Actually the enhancements were all fairly modest).
