Grants Pass station services the town of Grants Pass and has a large yard for servicing trains.

The mountains in the near foreground are constructed with plaster of Paris over formers. The train is travelling up the hill on a 3% grade. There is a gap of 500mm between the mountains and the backscene to allow me to walk right around the layout. The backscene is painted (by me) in acrylics to add a sense of depth to the scene.
