in this frame, the red pilot boat from the DOT, had caught up with the monster ship, - you can see the pilot boat at the end of the ship, and assume it was going to guide the ship out to the open sea, from this south arm of the Fraser River. Have no idea what type of vessel the large ship is, some type of freighter?
