Hi Karen - I'm glad to hear you were in the clear from Rita. We were scheduled to be at Belle Chasse NAS through Thanksgiving. We were evacuated on Thursday due to Rita coming in and just heard that our bosses are going to work things differently, so we won't be going back (they are going to reimburse us our expenses for our time waiting to return). So- our adventure continues - just where, we don't know quite yet!

We still don't know when we can return - many cell phone towers are out south of New Orleans and friends camping in Jackson - northwest of us are having an awful time with tornadoes. It's a bit daunting!
