Brian,

I have a winter home in Scottsdale. It is wonderful. Unfortunately, it is also my summer home. That is not so wonderful. I grew up in Colorado. Oh for those summers!

It's a lot different in Tucson than where I live in Utah. All of the buildings have flat roofs, the trees tend to have muted colors, brown is more dominant than green, and I was able to swim outside at 6am in November. Someday, I think I'll have a winter home here.
