This is Mt Wellington in Auckland,not to be confused with Wellington the capital of New Zealand about 700 km south at the lowest part of the North Island.

The body of water near-by is a salt water inlet called the Panmure Basin,where boats and their skiers are seen doing jumps,it is a nice place to walk around which takes about 30 minutes,the water is drained with the tide going out.

Near-by is a go-carting track and the Mountain it self can be driven up and the crater at the top can be climbed into if your game.(the view is breath taking)
