Nuthatch - Red Breasted, after he showered in the mister which we set up on the fence on our patio, especially for the birds. The smaller birds love it, especially the hummingbirds. Was happy to capture some shots of the Nuthatch, as these are the first I've got. Have always liked the nuthatches. There are white breasted Nuthatches also, but we don't see those here. the Red Breasted Nuthatches are smaller, 4 - 4 3/4", the White Breasted Nuthatches are 5 - 6".

The hummers bathe on the wet rhodo leaves that get saturated by the mister, and the finches and other small birds drink the water from the leaves as it accumulates. Cute to watch
