This photo was taken with my camera resting on the roof of my friends car, as I never had a tripod! It was taken on the top level of the Pak 'N' Save car park in New Plymouth, New Zealand.

Very pretty. At first I thought you must have used a starburst filter as the flares are very even, but it's worked well with just the long exposure.
