Food is great in the south. No where is food better in the south then Louisiana. One of the great side dishes of the south is hush puppies. They go great with every thing but especially fish. the parishes hardest hit in South Louisiana. In Louisiana, we are hardy people. It is tough to keep us down but there are still many houses that are destroyed down here and we still need help.
